Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, but orders may require partial advance payment for verification.

4. Returns & Refunds

Defective/Damaged Products: Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
Wrong Items Shipped: Return requests must be made within 3 days for replacement/refund.
No Refunds will be given for buyer’s remorse (change of mind).
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
